Size Guide
Our Nomad Heritage boot is without a doubt the most comfortable boot in our line up. It runs true to size in a standard width D/E ...which means we found the sweet spot in between (not too narrow and not too wide)! Although unheard of, in our experience, we consider the last very much our own with nothing else like it in the market.
If you are a previous customer of ours we highly recommend sticking to the size you currently own!
Now if you are new to the brand we recommend going for a whole number if your foot is on the narrow side, with a lower instep. But if you consider your foot wider and with a higher instep, go for the half up!

Return and shipping Policy
Shipping
We offer free standard domestic shipping within the U.S.A. This item requires to be shipped out within 7-10 business days.
International orders pays half the cost of express shipping via DHL Express. Customers are responsible for all import costs, with an option to pay at checkout.
Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unworn and in its original packaging.
International orders can be shipped back using your own preferred carrier. Note that we cannot refund any duties or taxes that were paid to clear customs fees.
