Shipping & Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your product for a full refund or exchange.

For all orders, customers are responsible for paying the cost of the return shipping label. For international orders, you may use your preferred carrier to ship items back. Please note that we cannot refund any duties or taxes paid to clear customs.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn and unused
  • With tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be qualified for a return/exchange, like custom products (such as special orders or limited products clearly stated in product description items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Shipping

We do not offer free shipping within the U.S.A. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Any expedited shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

For international orders, customers pay half the cost of standard shipping using USPS, DHL, or UPS. All import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
